Instructions

Heat up in the pan 3 table spoons of olive oil; add garlic and finely chopped onions stirring frequently bring to sweat for a few minutes until they are soft but not brown. Remove the garlic before adding rice . Pour the rice into the pot, toast briefly, keep moving with wooden spoon for few minutes. Pour in the wine and reduce the heat. Now add the stock ladle by ladle, keep stirring continuously. The rice will now be 3/4 cooked. Next step will be adding already cooked peas and beans in the pot. Pour more broth as needed, stirring gently till you get shiny moisture texture. Now add the parmasen and againg genlty stir and finally add the butter over it before serving on the risotto. Don’t forget to add salt and pepper.
